Ekleksographia accepts poetry submissions by e-mail from May 1 to October 1 each year, though it solicits poetry year round.

Please read and understand our new two-step submission policy:

Anyone submitting material for possible publication in ekleksographia must first purchase an Ahadada book or help place an Ahadada book or books in a library near them. Click here for a selection of our titles.

We encourage those who ask us to help them, to help us. This is only fair. This will also help familiarize potential authors with the kinds of literature that we publish. Submissions without publication purchase or an offer of library placement help will not be considered and will not be acknowledged. Please note that purchasing one or more Ahadada books or library placement of same does not guarantee publication by us in ekleksographia, but merely initiates the submission process.

After we have confirmed purchase and/or helpful intent, you may send a selection of five poems or ten pages of experimental prose to us.

Do not send complete book manuscripts. If we find that your work is of interest we will ask to see more of what you do. If not, we will tell you within a week.

ekleksographia is a journal devoted to new and experimental poetry and prose, though we are also open to other forms and subjects. We regret that the volume of submissions received and the small size of our staff do not permit us to give individual criticism.

Please contact Jesse Glass and/or Daniel Sendecki for queries or further information.

Ekleksographia

Ekleksographia is an exercise in asymmetrical publishing, and is a shoe (or even two!) thrown at the spotlit shrug and yawn.
